Shipping:

All packages are shipped with Israel Post.

Orders are shipped within 1 or 4 business days.

If your order is placed between Thursday- Saturday when Israel Post isn't operating it will be shipped out on Sunday.

Returns & exchanges

Please contact me to work out a solution. 

Cancellations

    Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been shipped a refund will not be processed unless the order is refused/returned. If your package is lost a refund will be only 14 business days of the package showing no sign of movement. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
